Where to claim the Prize?

For E-Lotto claiming of prizes:

  • Php 300,000 and below can be cashed out thru e-lotto application. Prizes of Php 300,000.01 and above can be claimed at the PCSO Main Office.

Present the QR Code of the winning ticket and two valid (2) valid IDs to claim the prize.

If you have indeed won, please write your full name and affix your signature on the back side of the winning ticket. Additionally, come prepared with two (2) forms of valid identification to confirm your identity during the verification process.

The lotto jackpot prizes are available for claiming at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) main office, which is situated at the PCSO head office in the 605 Conservatory Building, Shaw Boulevard, at the corner of Princeton Street, Mandaluyong City. Winners should be aware that the jackpot prize is subject to a 20% tax as mandated by the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law.

PCSO meticulously verifies every ticket submitted for claims. The public is strongly reminded to treat counterfeit or tampered tickets with utmost seriousness. Any attempt to claim prizes using such tickets will not be honored under any circumstances.

Likewise, claiming prizes below P10,000 can be processed at the nearest PCSO Branch.

  • Swertres Lotto. Now referred to as 3D Lotto, it is one of PCSO’s most popular digit games. A player wins 4,500 (straight play) if he gets the exact winning numbers from 0-9. They may opt to play via the Rambolito System as well.
  • EZ2 Lotto. Presently referred to as 2D Lotto, players must choose their lucky numbers from 1-31. He/she wins if he/she has the exact winning combinations. The player also has the option to play via random pick or the Rambolito system.
  • STL Pares, Swer3, Swer2. Small Town Lottery (STL) is an exciting game for selected areas. To win the STL Pares, the player must have two (2) winning numbers from 1-40, in exact order. Playing the STL Swer3 is like playing the Swertres Lotto; the player wins if he gets the three (3) numbers from 0-9, in exact order, while for Swer2, the player wins if he/she gets the two (2) numbers, in exact order from 0-9.

PCSO announcement(s) and notice(s)

Update July 7, 2024: The current PCSO e-lotto app will be unavailable starting July 13, 2024. In an official announcement, PCSO stated that this is due to a transition to new and improved e-lotto solutions. In the meantime, lotto enthusiasts can still purchase their tickets at the nearest lotto outlets.
